Gautam H. Oza is a distinguished Civil Engineer with over five decades of experience in structural and harbour engineering. An alumnus of IIT Bombay and the University of Illinois, he has led numerous industrial, infrastructural, and port projects from concept to execution. A Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Indian Geotechnical Society, he has authored key engineering texts and contributed to BIS code development. Renowned for his expertise, he continues to guide multidisciplinary teams with technical excellence.

Hitendra N. Soni

Proprietor

Hitendra N. Soni is a highly accomplished Structural Engineer with over 35 years of expertise in industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential projects. Holding M.E. and B.E. degrees in Civil (Structures) and a P.G.D.B.M. from Gujarat University, he specialises in structural planning, design automation, and retrofitting. He played a key role in post-earthquake structural assessments in Gujarat and continues to share his expertise as a Visiting Faculty and juror at CEPT University.

Kavita H. Parikh

Kavita H. Parikh is a seasoned Architect with over 35 years of professional experience in architectural design, master planning, and project coordination. A graduate of M.S. University, Baroda, and a member of the Council of Architecture, she has led complex industrial and commercial projects from concept to completion. Skilled in multidisciplinary coordination, innovative design solutions, and regulatory compliance, Kavita excels in transforming ideas into functional, aesthetic architectural spaces.

Rupal B. Shah

Senior Structural Engineer

Rupal B. Shah is a highly experienced Structural Engineer with over 35 years in RCC and steel structure design. She has led major industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Gujarat. With a Master’s in Civil (Structures) and expertise in Computer-Aided Design, she also serves as Visiting Faculty at CEPT University, mentoring future engineers in advanced structural design and promoting innovation, sustainability, and precision in modern engineering practices.

Rajiv R. Sodagar

Rajiv R. Sodagar is an accomplished Civil Engineer with over 30 years of expertise in project management, construction supervision, and site coordination across India and Africa. He has led large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. With strong leadership and technical skills, Rajiv has worked with global vendors and consultants, promoting innovation and quality. He also served as Technical Advisor for international joint ventures.

Pratik Parikh is an accomplished Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in project management, construction supervision, and site coordination. He has successfully led diverse industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects with top firms including Mott MacDonald, CBRE, and Johnson Controls. Skilled in planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, Pratik ensures timely, cost-efficient project delivery while fostering teamwork and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Rajendra C. Patel

Rajendra C. Patel is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over five decades of expertise in HVAC & Refrigeration systems for industrial and commercial projects. Holding an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA, he has led major roles at Reliance Industries, Blue Star, Voltas, and Patels Airtemp. A member of ISHRAE and ASHRAE, he has contributed to iconic projects like RIL’s “Antilia” and mentored engineers as a visiting faculty across leading institutions.

Hiren M. Patel

Senior Electrical Engineer

Hiren M. Patel is an experienced Electrical Engineer with over 25 years in electrical design and project consultancy for industrial developments. A B.E. (Electrical) graduate from Gujarat University, he specialises in HT-LT power distribution, lighting, earthing, and captive power systems.
